Bongumenzi Mncwango

Bongumenzi Mncwango, also known as Menzi, holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering (UNISA), an MSc in Management and Optimisation of Supply Chains and Transport from IMT Atlantique (France), and a BTech in Industrial Engineering from DUT. He has gained valuable industry experience working with various companies such as Nestlé, Assystem France, and Transnet, where he applied industrial engineering principles to optimize systems and processes. As a passionate lecturer, Menzi is dedicated to student development at all levels, focusing on fostering practical, industry-relevant skills. His work bridges the gap between theory and practice in industrial engineering, contributing to curriculum innovation, applied research, and strong industry partnerships.
