Nomsa Spaumer is a Senior Manager Business Enablement, focusing on implementation of Quality Management systems, Business Processes, Governance and Business Performance Management sys-tem that seeks to work towards the improvement of the overall organisational performance (using Metrics, KPIs, and Scorecards), while supporting performance, productivity and strategic plans. She has a vast experience in engineering services support function. She has a structured personality, effective leader who hold herself and her team accountable for high quality output.

She studied BSc (Hons) Industrial Engineering and furthered her studies and acquired Master’s Degree in Engineering Management. She is passionate about education, youth development and believes in the saying by Nelson Mandela, that education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” The power of education extends beyond the development of skills and helps us to contribute to the upliftment of our community and society at large. She is also passionate about the welfare of a “Girl Child” and helping the underprivileged communities.
